22.5 hours per week | 3 days per week | Flexible working pattern
£13.00 per hour (£15,210 per annum)

Are you an organised people person who enjoys supporting others and making a real difference behind the scenes?

We're looking for a friendly and proactive HR Administrator to join our growing team at Acacia Care. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a rewarding role, supporting colleagues across our care homes while helping us attract, recruit and welcome new team members into the business.

With flexible working days and hours, this role offers an excellent work-life balance and would suit someone with previous administration experience who is looking to develop their skills.

Main Responsibilities:

Assisting with the administration of the full recruitment process, from advertising vacancies through to onboarding
Supporting with posting, monitoring and regularly refreshing job adverts (e.g. Indeed)
Assisting with pre-employment checks, including references, right to work and DBS applications, ensuring all required documentation is obtained
Preparing and issuing offer letters and onboarding documentation
Providing day-to-day administrative support to recruitment activity across the homes, helping to manage workload
Maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
Support with the management of the HR inbox where required

What We're Looking For:

Preferably previous administrative experience within human resources or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and can stay calm under pressure.
A good grasp of basic IT programmes and software
Excellent punctual skills
An excellent team player
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong organisational skills
Ability in working under pressure
