We are currently seeking an experienced Paint Prepper & Sprayer to join a busy team in Derby, working on the preparation and spraying of rolling stock components.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing rolling stock components for painting and finishing
- Carrying out paint spraying to required quality standards
- Surface preparation, masking, sanding, and cleaning
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Paint Prepper and/or Paint Sprayer
- Experience working within rail, automotive, aerospace, or a similar manufacturing environment is desirable
- Ability to work to strict quality standards
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
