Joining us as a Commercial Fleet Sales Administration Supervisor it is crucial that you demonstrate our People First values through regular communication, going the extra mile, and ensuring the customer’s experience at Perrys is as smooth as possible.
About the role:
This role will involve managing vehicle stock, producing regular stock reports, progressing vehicles through PDI and conversion stages, supporting fleet invoicing, and liaising with sales teams, service departments and external suppliers to ensure vehicles are delivered to customers in timely manner.
The successful candidate will help maintain accurate stock information using Excel and manufacturer systems, assist with ordering fleet commercial vehicles, keeping up to date with manufacturer programmes.
This position would suit someone with strong administration skills with previous vehicle sales administration experience being preferred.

- You will be an organised and proactive individual, with excellent attention to detail, confidence using Excel and manufacturer systems, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to keep work progressing efficiently.
- You will have good communication skills with the ability to listen to our customers’ needs and take pride in engaging with people and with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
