✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Respond promptly and professionally to transport and operational queries, ensuring timely resolution at all times
- Provide administrative support across multiple functions through cross-training to ensure effective team cover and continuity
- Maintain accurate reporting standards and communicate key information clearly to relevant stakeholders
- Update and manage internal records using company systems and administrative tools
- Work closely with Operations and Transport Teams to support daily activities and ensure smooth coordination
- Monitor daily shift workloads and system reports, escalating issues appropriately when required
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel as a minimum requirement
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively and work independently
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to work
- Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Previous experience working within a busy office environment
- Experience working within or alongside Logistics or Transport operations
