About the role
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-focused individual to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This is an exciting opportunity to manage and develop key Archive user relationships while maintaining a strong work-life balance.
You will play a key role in delivering excellent stakeholder experience ensuring a high standard of service delivery, and supporting the success of the wider team.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Act as a key point of contact for enquiries, ensuring a high level of service
Coordinate internal teams to meet client needs
Monitor performance and provide reports and updates
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client experience
Support delivery of projects and wider team objectives
About you
Experience in account management, customer service, or stakeholder engagement
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage priorities and work effectively across multiple stakeholders
Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused
Good attention to detail and confident using Microsoft Office systems
Previous experience in an archives service or experience of using archives for research
Potentially interested in becoming a professionally qualified Archivist
