Retail Van Driver & Shop Supervisor
Location: March – PE15 8FT
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Working Pattern:
- Part-time 28 hours per week
- Working 4 days over a 7 day week
- Mandatory weekend working on a rotational basis

EACH have an opportunity for a Driver/Retail Sales Supervisor to work within our retail team of staff and volunteers at our March store. They will support the store with collecting and delivering furniture, donated and bought in goods throughout the charity’s retail outlets as well as working with the Shop Manager to maximise sales of donated and new stock.
Do you have:
- A current full, valid driving license and experience van driving or a similar occupation?
What we’re looking for:
- A welcoming, inclusive approach with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and use initiative.
- Comfortable with lifting and moving stock and using electronic devices (tills, tablets, computers).
- Experience in retail or team supervision is desirable, but not essential - we value transferable skills
The role:
- Involves manual handling, including lifting large items of furniture/electrical.
- You will assist in the storage, organisation and delivery of goods from our March furniture shop to the homes of members of the public along with the drivers.
- You will support other areas of the charity’s supply and distribution of stock and equipment between shops.
- Support the Shop Manager in achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of display, presentation, and cleanliness.
- Promote Gift Aid and help grow our eCommerce presence.
- Act as Duty Manager when required, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Recruit, train, and support volunteers in a positive and inclusive environment.
- Build strong relationships with customers and the local community.

Additional information:
