We are looking for a disciplined, high-standard Warehouse Operative / Picker who takes pride in getting things right first time.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Picking and assembling wholesale food orders with precision and pace
- Working to strict accuracy targets
- Ensuring temperature-controlled goods are handled correctly
- Checking goods in and reporting discrepancies
- Maintaining FIFO stock rotation
- Supporting loading of delivery vehicles
- Keeping warehouse standards high at all times
- Following food safety and health & safety procedures without shortcuts
This is a physical role. You’ll be on your feet and lifting throughout your shift.
The Standard We Expect
- Strong attention to detail. Mistakes cost money.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality. Non-negotiable.
- Ability to work at speed without sacrificing accuracy.
- Comfortable in chilled or frozen environments.
- Team player, but self-motivated.
- Previous warehouse or food distribution experience preferred.
If you’ve worked in food wholesale, distribution, FMCG or fast-moving warehouse environments, that’s a strong advantage.
Hours
We operate Monday to Friday
We have a variety of shift patterns ranging from Early starts (4am )or Nights available
