Project & Production Coordinator (Homeopathic Medicines & Nutraceuticals)

Location: Lichfield, UK
Job Type: Full-time

About Us

We are a growing company specializing in the development, production, and distribution of high-quality homeopathic medicines and nutraceutical products. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project & Production Coordinator to join our team in Lichfield.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate production schedules and ensure projects are delivered on time.
Support the planning and execution of manufacturing activities.
Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
Ensure production documentation is accurate and up to date.
Assist with quality assurance and regulatory compliance activities.
Monitor inventory, raw materials, and production timelines.
Help maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
Identify opportunities to improve production processes and efficiency.
Provide administrative and project coordination support across the business.

Requirements:

Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or another relevant science discipline.
Previous experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
Experience within the pharmaceutical, homeopathic medicine, or nutraceutical industry is an advantage.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
