Full job description

Field Services Administrator

We are looking for a bright and reliable Field Services Administrator to join our Engineering Services office team. You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of duties. To include the scheduling and organisation of our field-based works, as planned by the Field Services Manager, these range from basic repairs and servicing to more complex installations and overhauls.

You will work closely alongside the Field Services Manager and the rest of the office team. The ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients will be key to your success, as will the building of effective working relationships with all.

To succeed in the role you will need excellent time management, and communication skills, together with attention to detail, and a good work ethic.

Whilst previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, we will provide training and support to any successful applicant, so having the right personal attributes and complimenting our existing team is equally important.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling and arranging site works.
Coordinate with colleagues, suppliers, and clients.
Monitor work progress and handle any issues that arise.
Manage and prepare quotations.

Personal Specification:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving ability.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask.
Proficient IT skills.
Time management and ability to prioritise.
