Full job description

Company: East Kent Cartons Ltd

About the Role

We are currently recruiting Packing Assistants to join our Gluing Department. This role is ideal for someone practical, hardworking, and keen to develop within a manufacturing environment. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the operation of carton gluing machines
Feed materials into machines and remove finished products
Inspect finished cartons to ensure quality standards are met
Pack and stack products ready for dispatch
Maintain a clean and safe working area
Support machine operators and supervisors as required

Requirements

Previous factory or manufacturing experience preferred but not essential
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Good attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
