About the Role
We are currently recruiting Packing Assistants to join our Gluing Department. This role is ideal for someone practical, hardworking, and keen to develop within a manufacturing environment. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the operation of carton gluing machines
- Feed materials into machines and remove finished products
- Inspect finished cartons to ensure quality standards are met
- Pack and stack products ready for dispatch
- Maintain a clean and safe working area
- Support machine operators and supervisors as required
Requirements
- Previous factory or manufacturing experience preferred but not essential
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
