Hours of Work: Full-time (35 hours per week)
Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 8am – 4:45pm, and Fridays 8am – 11am
Contract: Permanent
Grade: SC3
Target Salary: £47,973 per annum

What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of Level 3 (or equivalent) vocational qualification directly related to the role
- Specialist licence to practice qualifications relevant to the role
- Relevant experience in the construction industry and excellent knowledge of current industry practices
- Hold a Level 2 qualification or higher in English and maths or demonstrate proficiency at Level 2 or above through a recognised assessment in both subjects.
- Minimum of Level 3 teaching qualification (or commitment to achieve within one year of commencing role)
- Assessor Awards (or commitment to achieve within one year of commencing)
