TYS Retail Ltd is a family run business who trade under the Nisa Group, our customers and staff are at the heart of everything we do.

We are looking for Deli/Bakery Assistant in our PE2 Peterborough .

Our stores are based across Peterborough, with a lively atmosphere and flexible working hours, Early shifts, weekend availability, 20 hours weekly.

People are at the heart of what we do. Our aim is to create a happy work environment for our teams which in turn will give our customers an excellent shopping experience.

We are looking for an energetic team player with a good sense of humor. Previous experience within the retail sector is preferred for this role, including providing excellent customer care, although training can be provided.

The ideal candidate will be a team player and willing to offer flexibility with working hours over 7 days where needed, including helping to cover team shifts and holiday cover.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A Deli assistant should performs support tasks to maintain the smooth flow of operations at deli shops. Their main responsibilities include Cooking, packing products, weighing and labeling, arranging products at shelves, orderning, Monitoring sales and wastage, Rotas, and keeping items fresh in adherence to the health and safety standards.Previous food handling experience would be advantageous, however full training can be provided.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour

Experience:

Food preparation: 1 year (preferred)
customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
