Social Media & Content Manager

Location: Crewe / Remote Hybrid

Pay: Competitive (depending on experience)

Hours: Flexible – Part Time or Full Time Considered

About Us

We operate multiple businesses within the golf industry, including Golf Gear Goods, a retail golf store and Trackman simulator venue, alongside several fast-growing online golf brands.

We're looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Content Manager to help grow our brands across social media.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys social media, content creation and community building, and wants the opportunity to have a real impact on growing multiple brands.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing and growing at least four golf-related social media accounts, each with different audiences, goals and content requirements.

This is not simply a scheduling role.

We are looking for someone who can create engaging content, build communities, grow audiences and help turn social media into a key driver of business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Managing multiple social media accounts across different brands
Creating and scheduling content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
Producing engaging Stories, Reels and short-form videos
Editing photos and videos for social media
Writing captions and social content
Building and engaging online communities
Managing Facebook Groups
Responding to comments and messages
Identifying trends and content opportunities
Developing content plans and campaign ideas
Supporting product launches, promotions and events
Monitoring account performance and reporting on growth

Content Creation

While some content will be supplied, the successful candidate will also be expected to create content where required.

This may include:

Content creation within our golf shop and simulator venue
Product photography and videography
Event content
Golf course content
Behind-the-scenes content
Customer and community content

The ideal candidate will be comfortable appearing on camera where appropriate and confident creating engaging content independently.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

Have experience managing social media accounts
Understand what makes engaging content perform well
Be confident using Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
Have experience editing short-form video content
Be creative and proactive
Have strong written communication skills
Be highly organised and able to manage multiple brands simultaneously
Be comfortable working independently

A genuine interest in golf would be beneficial and some knowledge of the industry is preferred.

Desirable Skills

Experience in any of the following areas would be advantageous:

Canva
CapCut
Adobe Creative Suite
Photography
Videography
Meta Business Suite
Facebook Group management
Influencer outreach
Community management
Paid social advertising
