As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Qualified Electrician / Team Leader to help lead our installation teams and maintain the high standards our customers expect.
The Role
You will lead a small installation team carrying out domestic and commercial Solar PV and battery storage installations across North Wales and the North West.
The successful candidate will be confident managing installations from start to finish, mentoring other electricians on site, maintaining excellent workmanship and ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years' post-qualification electrical experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience installing Solar PV systems
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent desirable)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong fault-finding ability
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience Required
Applicants should have practical experience with:
- Domestic and commercial Solar PV systems
- Single and three-phase installations
- Hybrid and battery storage systems
- Domestic and commercial inverters
- Battery storage systems
- Backup power and islanding (EPS) systems
- Commissioning and testing
- Fault diagnosis and rectification
- Customer handovers
Experience with manufacturers such as Solax, GoodWe, Sigenergy, Sunsynk, Solis or similar would be advantageous.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
7:30am – 4:00pm
Overtime may be required and is available during busy periods.
