About the role
As a Senior Land Manager at Environment Bank, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering nature recovery at scale, leading the creation and management of Habitat Banks across the South of England. This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of biodiversity restoration, building strong partnerships with landowners, farmers, and key stakeholders to bring high-impact environmental projects to life.
Reporting to the Head of Land (South), you'll take ownership of identifying and securing new Habitat Bank opportunities, working closely with landowners, agents, and internal teams to guide sites from initial engagement through to successful onboarding. Your expertise and relationship-building skills will be instrumental in expanding our network of Habitat Banks and helping to create lasting environmental and commercial value.
This is a highly collaborative role, requiring close partnership with colleagues across the business as well as regular engagement with external stakeholders, including farmers, landowners, agents, and Local Authorities. To support regional travel and site visits, you'll ideally be based in the South of England, with locations such as Oxford, Northampton, or Reading providing excellent access to our project areas.
