We are looking for dynamic starters to join our security teams to help protect a logistics site in Rugby.

We are looking for Security Officers who are proactive, take pride in their work and uphold the highest standards within themselves.

Shift pattern

4 shifts on, 4 shifts off.
Days and nights positions available.
42 hours per week.
Overtime available.

Key Responsibilities:

Patrol premises and maintain general security
Protect client stock through vigilant monitoring.
Responding to alarms and investigate disturbances
Provide excellent customer services for our client.
Log all incidents and activities
Handling telephone calls
Reporting maintenance/health and safety issues
Liaising with police officers and local authorities

Person Specification Essential:

Valid SIA license
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good organisational skills
Ability to deal with clients
High level of professionalism
Flexible working hours
Reliable with excellent time keeping
Ability to use initiative and be adaptable
Ability to work effectively on your own and part of a team
Must always be smart and presentable
Enthusiastic and willing to develop new skills

Desirable:

Computer literate
First aid qualification
IOSH qualification
Full UK Driving License
