Full job description

Some of your key responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the Quality Control laboratory, ensuring compliance with company, HSE, and legislative procedures.
Provide technical support to manufacturing plants and assist with substandard production investigations and right-first-time improvement initiatives.
Maintain and coordinate laboratory equipment testing, servicing, calibration, validation, and accurate record keeping.
Review, update, and implement testing methods, SOPs, and new quality control processes in collaboration with R&D and other departments.

What do I need to be successful in this role?

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and levels of the business.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with confidence interpreting data and making informed decisions.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage a demanding workload effectively.
Experience working within a quality control, laboratory, or manufacturing environment, ideally with knowledge of HSE/SHE processes and legislation.
