Full job description

Bronze Direct is a producer and distributor of tanning & beauty products and equipment. We also own and operate the Bronze Tanning & Beauty salon chain and we are looking for an experienced and reliable Accounts Assistant to join our team.

We are based in Keady, Co. Armagh in Northern Ireland.

Main Duties include:

· Sales and purchase ledger processing and reconciliations

· Posting customer payments

· Stock control & stock reconciliations

· Assisting Financial Controller with VAT returns

· Bank and cash reconciliations

· Review supplier pricing

· Inter-company payments

· Assist with daily administration tasks

· Answering inbound sales calls and processing orders

· Ad hoc office duties

Criteria:

· Experience of similar role

· Must be proficient in use of Sage 50 accounting software

· Experience using Microsoft, Word, Outlook, Excel

· Possess excellent communication skills

· Attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
