Keep our marketing running and our sales machine fed, sending content out and keeping enquiries handled, so the projects never stop and no good enquiry ever goes cold.
Who we are
We design beautiful gardens across the UK, Ireland and Marbella through three connected businesses. Our clients invest serious money in their outdoor spaces, so every touchpoint has to look and feel premium. A lot of those touchpoints will be built by you.
What you'll do
- Plan and schedule our social content across the businesses so it is consistent
- Help monitor and manage our paid ads team (no experience of paid ads needed)
- Own the CRM system keeping it updated and moving daily
- Get our collateral out the door from brochures, magazines, books, and direct mail
- Keep the lead flow moving by making sure every enquiry is captured, tagged and followed up, and no enquiry sits waiting.
- Track the numbers that matter from leads, cost per lead, bookings. Then put a simple weekly picture in front of the team.
- Be the organised engine room that lets the marketing and sales happen without the wheels falling off.

- Organised to a fault - you run a schedule, hit deadlines, and things don't slip on your watch.
- Marketing-minded and creative - you have an eye for what looks premium and what makes people act.
- Comfortable with tech - CRMs, schedulers, using AI tools; you learn platforms fast and aren't scared of them.
- Numbers-aware - you can read a simple set of results and tell what's working.
- Fast-moving and reliable - you act in minutes not days, and you do what you say you'll do.
- Bonus: experience in social media, marketing, agency, or CRM/funnel work but attitude and standards beat a CV here.
How you're paid (uncapped upside)
- £28,000 – £32,000 base per year, depending on experience.
- Performance bonus tied to sales totals. Meaning when the marketing and sales align, you share in it.
- Growth bonus as the businesses scale into new territory (USA / Dubai) this role can grow into a marketing/sales lead.
- OTE uncapped — the better our sales performs, the better you're paid. I want my best people to be my best-paid.
