Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Content & Data Assistant to support the management and maintenance of product information across our internal systems and B2B e-commerce website.
This role plays an important part in ensuring our product data is accurate, consistent, and up to date, helping to deliver a high-quality experience for our wholesale customers. You will work closely with the B2B E-commerce Executive to support product setup, content updates, and data accuracy across our ERP system and website platform.
This is a junior role suited to someone highly organised, with strong attention to detail and an interest in e-commerce and digital content.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation, upload, and maintenance of product data across internal systems, including ERP and website platforms
- Update and manage product content, including short and long descriptions, specifications, and pricing
- Ensure product listings are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines
- Assist with new product launches, ensuring all required data and content is complete and correctly set up
- Carry out regular checks to identify and resolve data inaccuracies or inconsistencies across systems
- Work with the B2B E-commerce Executive and wider teams to gather and update product information
- Support website content updates where required (e.g. product categorisation, basic merchandising updates)
- Assist with handling customer queries related to product information and account setup when needed
- Maintain organised records of product data and updates
Skills & Experience
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Comfortable working with data and systems
- Basic understanding of e-commerce or websites (preferred but not essential)
- Experience using Excel or similar tools
- Experience using ERP, CMS, or similar systems is beneficial but not essential
- Strong written communication skills
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
- Willingness to learn and develop within an e-commerce environment

Role Context
This role sits within a small Brand & Marketing team and supports the day-to-day running of the B2B e-commerce website. You will work under the guidance of the B2B E-commerce Executive, contributing to the accuracy and consistency of product data while supporting the wider e-commerce function.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
