We dream big and sweat the details. We are diverse, optimistic, and tenacious. We take pride in what we do—but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. If work is something you love, let’s talk.
Knowledge management is at the center of the AI revolution. Gartner predicted that 100% of generative AI virtual assistant projects that lack integration to a modern knowledge management platform will fail to meet their customer experience and cost-reduction goals — and enterprises are waking up to that reality fast. eGain sits in a uniquely powerful position: rated the leading AI knowledge management platform and recognized as a leader by Gartner.

As an AI Knowledge Architect, you will solve real knowledge and AI challenges for some of the largest companies in the world — designing and delivering AI knowledge solutions at scale and advising senior leaders on AI transformation. It is a hands-on, high-visibility, senior customer-facing role with broad strategic influence.
