The Wiltshire Community Eating Disorder Service (WCEDS) is looking for a full time Team Administrator to join our expanding team.
You will be part of a team of dedicated and experienced multi-disciplinary professionals working with adults with eating disorders and will receive the support necessary to support you to confidently fulfil the role of a T eam Administrator.

We offer assessment and a range of programmes and evidence-based treatments to assist with this. Within this post, you will provide administrative support for the multi-disciplinary team, who provide specialist assessment and treatment to adults with eating disorders across Wiltshire and Swindon. Your role will be vital in providing smooth running of the team to ensure patients have a positive and seamless experience.
To be the first point of contact to patients, families and professionals who are contacting the service via phone or email. To communicate in a professional, supportive and friendly manner to give those contacting us, confidence in the service.
To liaise with other services such as Security, Estates, Facilities and external contractors to ensure smooth running of the service and that all information is communicated effectively through the team and management team.
To send out Routine Outcome Measures (ROMS) to patients as required to ensure we can gather and monitor patient outcomes.
To book patient appointments and manage the diaries of staff where appropriate .
To manage and organise the booking of patient assessments to ensure assessments are booked in in a timely manner to enable the team to manage individual patient risks and ensure the team and meeting nationally set waiting targets.
To provide business and admin support to the team to ensure the team runs smoothly for the services users and their families in addition to the team and professionals from other services.
