Kingswood Medical Group are looking for a phlebotomist to join their growing team. You will be working from our site Kingswood Surgery.
As our phlebotomist, you will be an important part of the clinical team by providing vital phlebotomy services to our patients and will be assisting our GPs, Practice Nurses and Healthcare Assistants in the delivery of care management to our practice population.
You will need to be able to work independently and efficiently to deliver a high quality of care to our patients and will be fully supported by our excellent team of Practice Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.
KMG serves a patient population of approximately 29,000, covering some of the most deprived areas of Swindon. Our patients are at the heart of everything we do.
Our clinical team includes:
- Five GP Partners and salaried GPs
- A strong Nursing team
- Pharmacists
- Physiotherapists
- A Personalised Care Team, including Mental Health Nurses, Social Prescribers, and a Dietitian

We are a training and research practice, with GP trainers and a supportive environment for both experienced and newly qualified GPs, Pharmacists, and Nurses. Special interests and portfolio careers are actively supported and encouraged.
Our clinical system is SystmOne, supported by our newly implemented Welby system for reporting, recall, and medicines management.

Pay: £12.80-£13.40 per hour
