We are looking for a highly motivated and adaptable person to join our company as a Print Production Technician, working in the print team to ensure consistent, high-quality prints are achieved daily.
- Working in all three key print areas, setting up, printing and washing down.
- Completing maintenance plans in a timely way and reporting any defects found.
- Ensuring that Fermoie’s cleanliness and good order standards are met within the print area and its immediate surrounding areas.
- Involvement in the dispensing and QC aspects of the paint-making process.
As a key member of the production team, our ideal Print Production Technician candidate will have strong team-working ability, strong communication skills and align closely with our company value of people-first in the way you interact with those around you. You will have a passion for excellence, a keen eye for detail and the ability to think on your feet and solve problems under pressure, with outstanding organisational skills.
