Window & Door Surveyor
Location: Devon, Cornwall & Somerset
Package
- PAYE: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Self-Employed: 2% of gross contract value surveyed
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and professional Window & Door Surveyor to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out accurate site surveys for windows, doors, conservatories, and associated glazing products, ensuring all measurements and specifications are correct prior to manufacture and installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate site surveys for windows, doors, and associated products.
- Take precise measurements and assess installation requirements.
- Identify potential installation issues and provide technical solutions.
- Complete survey documentation clearly and accurately.
- Liaise with customers, installers, and office staff throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with current Building Regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience surveying windows and doors within the fenestration industry.
- Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Surveying in the Fenestration Industry desirable.
- Strong technical knowledge of uPVC, aluminium and consevatory products
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
