Join a High-Performing Automotive Sales Team

Are you an experienced automotive sales professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving outstanding results?

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Used Car Sales Executive to join our growing dealership team, specialising in the sale of multi-franchised quality used vehicles. If you have a proven track record in vehicle sales and thrive in a target-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Selling a wide range of quality multi-franchised used vehicles.
Building strong relationships with customers and delivering a first-class buying experience.
Handling showroom, telephone and online enquiries professionally.
Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Presenting finance, warranty and ancillary product solutions.
Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to handover.
Following up leads and generating repeat and referral business.
Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in used car sales is essential.
A proven record of delivering strong sales performance.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A professional, enthusiastic and customer-focused approach.
Experience selling finance and associated products would be advantageous.
Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
Full UK driving licence.

What's on Offer?

Basic Salary: £22,500 – £28,500 (depending on experience)
OTE: £50,000+
