DHL, an award-winning leader in supply chain solutions, is looking for a HGV Class 2 Dray Driver to join our team. This is a customer-facing role with a great social element, perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships while delivering excellent service.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
- Monday–Friday shift pattern with early starts (from 5:00am)
- 4 Saturdays per year required as part of the role
- Delivering alcoholic products to pubs, restaurants, and hotels
- Completing 10–12 drops per day (on average)
- Managing manual handling of up to 11 tonnes of stock daily
- Driving safely and efficiently, in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Maintaining strict compliance with Health & Safety, road safety laws, and vehicle regulations
Working alongside a Driver's Mate to:
- Support unloading
- Manage Proof of Deliveries (PODs)
- Keep the transport team updated
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

- Valid HGV Class 2 (C) Licence – Essential
- Driver CPC & Digital Tachograph Card – Essential
- No more than 6 penalty points – Essential
- Multi-drop HGV driving experience – Desirable
- Dray or similar delivery experience – Desirable
