Location: Office based in Maidenhead

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Ideally full-time, 37 hours per week – Monday to Friday – would consider part time hours, 30+ hours

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 full time equivalent

About the role

We are TC Group, the fastest-growing top 20 accountancy firm in the UK. We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to provide effective administrative support to our team. This is a great opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator who can hit the ground running. Ideally we’re looking on a full time basis but can consider part time hours, 30+ hours per week.

Key responsibilities:

Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Managing emails, calls and correspondence
Answering the phone
Greeting clients
Updating Fibre CRM and workflows
Preparing documents, reports and presentations
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
Supporting ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

About you

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Teams
Fibre CRM and CCH experience would be an advantage but not essential
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Reliable, adaptable and professional in approach
Personable, punctual with attention to detail
