Job Title: Trainee Dental Nurse

Salary: £13-16 per hour depending on experience

Bespoke Smile is a rapidly expanding cosmetic dental practice with a vision to become the Number 1 Dental Practice in the UK. As we continue to grow and expand our practice, we are seeking a friendly and ambitious Dental Nurse to join our team. Our reputation for delivering exceptional smile transformations precedes us, thanks to our excellent team of Dentists.

Experience: we are open to dental nurses of all experience levels from trainee to qualified but want someone who is excited to provide a 5* customer experience every time and be a true team player. We are seeking people who love the job and want to make a difference to the lives of their patients.

Responsibilities: As a Dental Nurse, you will play a crucial role in our commitment to excellence and patient care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Assist in Clinical Procedures:

Provide chairside assistance to dentists during various dental procedures.
Ensure the comfort and well-being of patients throughout their visit.

Sterilization and Infection Control:

Implement and maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols.
Prepare and arrange dental instruments for use in clinical procedures.
Maintain record keeping of infection control procedures in line with policies

Patient Support:

Greet and prepare patients for dental treatment.
Provide clear and concise instructions to patients for pre and post-operative care.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Assist in administrative tasks related to patient management.

Collaboration with the Dental Team:

Work closely with other dental team members to ensure seamless workflow.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, reliable, and organised
Able to work well as part of a team
Enrolled on, or willing to enrol on, a recognised Dental Nurse training course
