Disability Assessor (Hybrid Role)
Salary: Up to £51,000
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9–5 (no evenings, no weekends!)
Working pattern: Hybrid – 2 days onsite, 3 days from home

If you’re a Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD), Paramedic, OT or Physio with 12+ months UK experience – this could be your perfect next step.
Swap long shifts and hands-on care for a structured, 9–5 role where you still use your clinical expertise every day.
What you’ll do:
- Assess clients with a range of physical & mental health conditions
- Carry out PIP or WCA assessments (no treatment or hands-on care)
- Write clear, evidence-based reports
- Make a real impact on people’s quality of life
What you’ll need:
- 12 months’ post-qualification UK experience
- NMC or HCPC registration
- Confident IT & report-writing skills
- Strong clinical knowledge
- Ability to travel onsite 2 days a week
- Full UK right to work (no sponsorship available)
