Overview

Mokee is a leading nursery furniture eCommerce brand selling across the UK and Europe. We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team at Mokee, based full-time in our Milton Keynes office. This role involves providing exceptional customer support to customers in both English & French languages, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering positive relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be multilingual (fluent in French), and experience in a customer service role.

Duties

Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat in both French and English.
Assist customers with pre-purchase product information and advice
Efficiently manage customer complaints, returns and order amendments
Analyse customer feedback and queries to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Engage in upselling opportunities by recommending additional products or services where appropriate.

Skills

Fluency in both French and English is essential
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
Quick Learner: Able to pick up product specs and features, so you can give parents accurate, up-to-date advice they can trust.
Friendly, approachable demeanour with a genuine desire to assist customers effectively.

Experience

Customer service: 1 year
eCommerce experience preferred
