About the Role
We are a friendly family based in Milton Keynes looking for a caring, reliable, and responsible Chinese-speaking nanny to help care for our 4-year-old child.
Responsibilities
- Providing attentive and engaging childcare for a 4-year-old child.
- Speaking Mandarin Chinese with the child to support language development.
- Organising age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
- Reading books, playing games, and encouraging learning through play.
- Preparing simple meals and snacks for the child when required.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and positive environment.
- Assisting with the child's daily routine.
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
- Previous childcare, nanny, nursery, teaching, or babysitting experience preferred.
- Patient, trustworthy, and genuinely enjoys working with children.
- Enhanced DBS check preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
- First Aid qualification is an advantage.
- Right to work in the UK.
Working Hours
- Flexible (Part-time preferred, but full-time may be considered).
- Specific working days and hours can be discussed.
