Full job description

Overview
JTS Snackfoods and Sundries are seeking a dynamic and strategic New Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding the company's client base and market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent relationship-building skills, and have previous experience selling cleaning, paper and disposable products to the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and existing relationships
Develop customised proposals and presentations tailored to prospective clients’ needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Prepare regular reports on pipeline status, activity levels, and forecasted revenue growth.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.

Skills

Proven experience in business development or sales roles with a track record of achieving targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Pay: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
