Full job description

Join our team as a Roadside Technician and become a vital part of ensuring drivers stay safe and mobile on the road! In this role, you will provide prompt, reliable assistance to motorists in need, performing vehicle repairs and maintenance right at the roadside. Your expertise will help drivers get back on their journey quickly, all while working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment that values your mechanical skills and proactive attitude. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your technical abilities while making a tangible difference in people's lives.

Duties

Respond swiftly to roadside assistance requests, including flat tires, dead batteries, lockouts, and mechanical issues
Conduct basic vehicle maintenance checks to identify issues and ensure safety standards are met
Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used for each assistance call
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored after each job
Communicate effectively with dispatch teams to coordinate timely assistance and update job statuses

Experience

Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle repair or maintenance
Ability to perform vehicle maintenance tasks safely and efficiently under pressure
Experience is preferred
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting mechanical issues
Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
