Full job description

Willmotts Transport is one of the largest independent warehousing and distribution companies in the South West. Due to continued success and growth, we are looking for a Warehouse Night Operations Coordinator to join our friendly and dynamic team out of our warehouse in Westfield, Radstock

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the night operation of the warehouse working closely with our Warehouse Manager
Overseeing and taking delivery of goods for storage
Ensuring correct systems and processes are in place
Ensuring customer service is met
Achievement of KPI’s
Plan, organise and manage the work of the warehouse team to ensure nightly output targets are achieved
Drive a culture of health and safety through leading by example
Managing inbound and outbound booking slot flow
Liaising with customers to coordinate pick requests and inbound stock requirements
Liaising with the Transport and Pallet Network departments to ensure suitable route to market
Updating of the Warehouse Management System
Understand warehouse process and certification requirements

Key Competencies:

Proven experience in a within a warehouse required
Strong communication and leadership skills
Great attention to detail and high level of accuracy
You will thrive in a customer driven and fast paced environment
Able to remain calm under pressure and solve problems autonomously

Benefits:

After 2 year’s unbroken service employees will receive an additional day’s holiday which will increase by an extra day (pro rata where necessary) after each additional full years’ service up to a maximum of 3 days.

Hours of work Sunday to Thursday 16:00 – 02:00
Workplace Salary Exchange Pension
