Full job description

Step into a role where you’ll lead from the front and shape an exceptional front‑of‑house experience. As our Reception & Meetings Team Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind a polished, welcoming and efficient reception service, supporting your team, coordinating daily operations and ensuring every visitor receives a standout first impression.

Type of contract: Full-time, permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, with a shift rota basis)

Main responsibilities

Lead the reception team to deliver a warm, professional and consistent service.
Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations ensuring smooth workflows and high standards.
Support, coach and motivate colleagues to achieve service excellence.
Manage enquiries and escalations resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams to maintain seamless workplace operations.
Ensure compliance and presentation standards are met across the reception area.
Coordinate meeting rooms seamlessly across daily bookings and events, ensuring every setup is completed accurately and on time.
