Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant & Trainee Estimator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including sales invoicing, PO to purchase invoice matching, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
- Assist with sales administration tasks such as processing orders, updating customer records, and preparing quotations.
- Support the estimation process by gathering relevant data, preparing initial estimates, and liaising with clients under supervision.
- Utilise Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to produce reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM software and Xero accounting systems.
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally via phone and email, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Learn about the company's products/services to provide informed support and estimations.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with CRM software and Xero accounting systems is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated administrative experience with a focus on sales support or office management.
- Good IT literacy and computer skills to adapt quickly to new programmes or systems.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Customer service orientation with professional interpersonal skills.

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,090.96 per year
