£32,000-£35,000 OTE (Year One)

Looking to build a career in sales with genuine progression into management?

Signature Consulting Direct is looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join our growing Nottingham team.

This opportunity is ideal for graduates, hospitality professionals, customer service advisors or anyone looking to develop a long-term career within sales and leadership.

You'll begin by learning the fundamentals of customer acquisition, communication and sales before progressing into leadership and management responsibilities through our structured development programme.

We promote from within and reward attitude, work ethic and performance above previous experience.

The Role

Working as part of our sales team, you'll represent our clients, engage with customers, build strong relationships and help deliver customer acquisition campaigns.

Alongside developing your sales ability, you'll receive hands-on training in:

Sales and customer acquisition
Customer relationship management
Leadership and team development
Recruitment and interviewing
Business development
Performance analysis and KPI management
Public speaking and presentation skills
Client relationship management
Coaching and mentoring

You'll receive ongoing support and mentoring from experienced managers throughout your development.

Typical progression includes:

Stage 1 – Sales Executive

Learn communication, customer acquisition and sales fundamentals.

Stage 2 – Team Leader

Stage 3 – Assistant Manager

Take on responsibilities including recruitment, coaching, performance management and client liaison.

Stage 4 – Sales Manager

Lead your own team, manage campaigns and continue developing future leaders.

Many of our managers have progressed internally within 12 months, depending on individual performance and development.
