Role Responsibilities
This Private Client Legal Assistant job in Orpington, Kent will support a busy Estate Administration department handling probate and trust administration matters. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting fee earners with the day to day management of a large caseload
- Handling new client enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Organising initial client meetings and appointments
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties regarding matter progression
- Drafting legal documentation and routine correspondence
- Updating and maintaining the case management system
- Assisting with compliance procedures and file management
- Closing files in line with firm procedures
- Working closely with colleagues across specialist departments where required
Person Specification
