Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-standard fabrication across a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG and TIG welding to a high standard.
Prepare and size materials accurately for fabrication.
Read and interpret fabrication drawings to produce completed products.
Carry out measuring and preparation work prior to manufacturing.
Conduct quality inspections, including verifying materials and measurements against production plans.
Maintain a tidy and organised work area, ensuring good housekeeping practices at all times.
Work on both batch and bespoke production as required.

Key Skills and Attributes:

Proven experience in fabrication and welding.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Demonstrates initiative and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow clear, precise instructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £17.00-£22.00 per hour

Experience:

Fabrication: 3 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
