Ready to make a real difference in our communities?

We’re looking for a proactive, hands‑on Caretaker to keep our estates clean, safe and welcoming. In this varied role, you’ll deliver high‑quality cleaning and grounds maintenance, support with minor repairs, tackle environmental issues, and be a friendly, reliable presence for our customers.

You’ll work closely with our Assistant Delivery Managers and wider teams to help us deliver great service every day.

What you’ll do:

Keep internal and external communal areas clean, tidy and well‑maintained
Support with issues like fly‑tipping, abandoned vehicles and low‑level vandalism
Carry out inspections and report repairs using a smart phone
Manage waste areas, rotate bins and maintain refuse chutes Litter pick, clear drains, remove graffiti and keep play areas safe
Support partner agencies and take part in estate walkabouts
Be part of the weekend resilience rota

What you’ll bring:

Experience in caretaking or a similar practical role
Great communication and customer service skills
Confidence using a smart phone for daily tasks and updates
A team‑focused attitude and willingness to pitch in
