Job Description:

Benefits of Working for Infotec Surveys

Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience

Hours: Full time with frequent requirement for night work.

Holiday: 25 days (increasing by one day every two years up to a maximum of 28 days) plus 8 bank holidays

Location: Operating from our office based in Rayleigh, Essex

THE ROLE

This position will involve the following:

To assist Senior Surveyors on site (as applicable to role)
Maintenance of Survey Equipment
Confined Space Entry and Support (Previous training & current certification advantageous)
Operation of Survey & Inspection Equipment
On site record keeping
Frequent Night Time working
Working away where necessary (subsistence payment provided and primarily within the UK)
Knowledge of current surveying instrumentation, software and CAD packages
Knowledge of Underground Utility Mapping & Ground Penetrating Radar Systems (Training provided, but previous experience would be an advantage)
Ability to read and understand mapping information and technical drawings (essential)
Strong Communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team or under own direction where required
Knowledge of Sewer & Drainage systems (advantageous but not essential)
Full UK Driving License
Eligibility to work within the UK
