Digital Content & Oﬃce Administrator

Lichfield Safe Centre Ltd

Are you a creative, organised, and proactive individual looking for a varied role

Lichfield Safe Centre Ltd is looking for a Digital Content & Oﬃce Administrator to

join our growing team. This exciting position combines digital marketing, social

media management, customer engagement, and oﬃce administration, making it

ideal for someone who enjoys both creative and organisational responsibilities.

As a key member of our team, you will help strengthen our online presence,

support customer communications, maintain our digital platforms, and assist with

the day-to-day running of the oﬃce. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Communications

Create engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook,

Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok

Design graphics, promotional materials, and marketing content using Canva

or similar software

Produce and edit short videos and photographs for social media campaigns

and website content

Manage and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms
Update and maintain the company website
Support marketing campaigns promoting safes, security products, safe

engineer services, and company initiatives

Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer enquiries

where appropriate

Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications

Oﬃce Administration

Answer telephone and email enquiries professionally
Support customers with product and service enquiries
Process orders, quotations, and customer records
Assist with diary management and scheduling appointments
Maintain accurate oﬃce records and filing systems
Provide administrative support to the management team
Help ensure smooth day-to-day oﬃce operations

Essential Skills & Experience

Experience managing social media accounts for a business
Strong written communication and proofreading skills
Experience creating digital content and marketing materials Competent with Canva, Sketch up or similar design software
Confident using Apple Computers ideally
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Professional and friendly telephone manner

Desirable Skills

Experience updating websites (WordPress preferred)
Experience filming and editing content using a smartphone
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles
Previous oﬃce administration or customer service experience
Photography or video editing experience
