About the job

VEYL is building the future of private mobility.

We are not a chauffeur company.

We are not a ride-hailing platform.

We are building a private travel ecosystem for executives, entrepreneurs, family offices, luxury hotels and private members clubs.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Brand & Growth Manager to take ownership of VEYL's public presence and help build one of the most recognisable brands in luxury travel.

This is not a corporate marketing role.

You will be working directly alongside the senior management team, helping shape the brand, create opportunities, build partnerships and drive inbound enquiries.

Responsibilities

Own VEYL's LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook presence
Create and execute content strategies
Build and maintain content calendars
Turn company milestones, partnerships and wins into engaging content
Create graphics, presentations and marketing assets
Manage email campaigns and member communications
Develop referral and ambassador programmes
Research and coordinate relevant industry events
Support hotel, concierge and private members club partnerships
Identify PR opportunities and media coverage
Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
Build awareness across luxury travel, executive mobility, family offices and private aviation
Track marketing performance and provide regular reporting alongside marketing plan

What We're Looking For

Strong understanding of branding, positioning and consumer psychology
Excellent written communication skills
Experience creating content that genuinely drives engagement
Ability to think strategically, not just execute tasks
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Self-sufficient and proactive
Commercially minded with a focus on results
Strong commercial understanding of social media, consumer behaviour and content trends, with a track record of turning attention into meaningful brand growth.

Bonus Points

Experience within luxury, hospitality, travel, membership, events or lifestyle sectors
Experience managing brand partnerships
Event planning experience
PR experience
Graphic design capability
