Graduate Consultant – First Step Into Insolvency
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Graduate to join our Client’s team at their modern office in Macclesfield, Cheshire.
This opportunity is ideal for graduates in Law, Business, or Accountancy who have gained B2B or B2C experience and are ready to begin a long‑term career in Corporate Insolvency.
You will play a key role in understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and supporting the delivery of high‑quality insolvency services.
Responsibilities
- Client Engagement — Engage with clients via phone and in person, demonstrating confident communication and professional etiquette.
- Needs Analysis — Assess client requirements and present clear, tailored recommendations.
- Service Communication — Communicate insolvency‑related services in a way that builds trust and understanding.
- Accurate Data Handling — Maintain accurate client records through precise data entry.
- Commercial Awareness — Identify opportunities to introduce additional services aligned with client needs.
- Team Collaboration — Work closely with colleagues to enhance service delivery and client experience.
- Industry Awareness — Stay informed about insolvency trends to provide informed, credible advice.
Requirements
- Relevant Degree — Degree in Law, Business, Accountancy, or a related discipline.
- Communication Strength — Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial Experience — Previous B2B or B2C experience (retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, or office‑based).
- Analytical Ability — Ability to analyse information and present solutions clearly.
- Attention to Detail — Experience with accurate data entry and record‑keeping.
- Proactive Mindset — Comfortable identifying opportunities to enhance client outcomes.
