Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Office / Estimating Administrator to join Edson & Company LTD in Calverton to work 40 hours a week .( Part time hours to accommodate child care would be considered with the salary pro rated )In this role, you will support our team by managing all aspects of administrative/ Estimating tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our esteemed business. Your contribution will help us maintain our high standards of service and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities

Manage general daily administrative operations for the business including supporting the Buying and Estimating Team .
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documents.
Maintain accurate records of projects, orders, and correspondence using Sage, and Excel
Support procurement processes by managing supplier communications.
Organise office supplies and ensure the workspace remains efficient.
Assisting in preparing detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and subcontractors
Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Assisting in preparing tender and bid submissions.
Handle incoming tender inquiries via phone and email professionally.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
