Event First Responder – Mendip and Surrounding area

Company: Centurion Medical Services / Mendip Medical Services

Job Type: Freelance / Zero Hours / Event-Based

Salary: From £15 per hour (FREC 3)

About Us

Centurion Medical Services is a leading UK provider of professional medical cover for events of all sizes. We support clients from planning through to deployment and post-event reporting.

Our services include event medical cover, ambulance and patient transport, welfare support, and medical provision for media and film. Our teams include paramedics, nurses, and doctors, ensuring high-quality care at all times.

The Role

We are recruiting Event First Responders based on the Isle of Wight to provide medical cover at a variety of events.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver first aid and pre-hospital care
- Respond to incidents and emergencies
- Work as part of a professional medical team
- Provide excellent patient care and customer service
- Assist with event setup and reporting

Requirements

- Minimum FREC 3 qualification
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain – we can assist)
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Professional and reliable

Desirable
- Previous event medical experience
- Full UK driving licence
