Company Overview
We are looking for a detail‑focused Packaging Designer to manage artwork from customer receipt through to production, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high‑quality print output.
What you will be doing
v Managing customer artwork, checks, amendments, and approvals
v Checking artwork for dimensions, bleed, Pantones, barcodes, and print suitability
v Creating blank samples (physical or digital) for customer review
v Handling LoRes revision control and maintaining full traceability
v Preparing print‑ready files and confirming Pantone colours
v Saving, organising, and archiving artwork
v Working closely with production to release accurate files
What you will need
v Experience in packaging design, artwork, or print prep
v Strong understanding of Pantone colour systems
v Excellent attention to detail
v Confident communication with customers and internal teams
v Ability to use MAC and CAD computers confidently
v Familiarity with litho print (training can be provided)
v Experience with using InDesign & Illustrator
Advantage but not essential as training will be provided
v Knowledge of Impact CAD software
v Experience in Carton design
