Full job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to join our existing professional and friendly Reception team here at Stobo Castle Health Spa, Scotland’s only destination spa.

Working 5 days per week (including weekends) on shifts between 7am & 10pm.

Flexibility to cover holidays would also be beneficial.

Main duties include welcoming our guests on arrival, attending to our guests’ needs throughout their stay, invoicing & collecting payments, banking and telephone enquiries.

The successful applicant should possess good communication and people skills, have an excellent telephone manner, be computer literate and be able to work to a high degree of accuracy.
